Although wardens have the power to issue on-the-spot fines of £80, an owner can also be fined retrospectively or sent cease and desist letters if they don't clear up their dog mess or breach the Dog Exclusion Zone in the Square gardens. Stephanie would require: date & time, gate entry/exit, description or breed of dog, age of offender. Photos would be useful. She would of course also need an address for the dog owner so that a letter can be mailed to them, and if the specific flat is not known then she will write to all residences in a house. Reports are treated in a confidential fashion.
